The band Blume, which translates to "flower," takes you on a captivating trip full of imagination and playfulness. Skillfully crafting and reshaping music from cultures worldwide, Blume invites you to discover their ever-evolving artistry. As the melodic flowers bloom richly, they search for safe harmonic ground to anchor their musical plants, allowing them to flourish in their natural rhythm. Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one has to let music sound: Blume.
Founded in 2013, the band has performed at various concerts in Germany and internationally, including festivals like XJazz, Kollektiv Nights, Jazz in der Kammer and Unterfahrt as well as a three-week tour across Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Madagascar.
Their forthcoming album is scheduled for release in 2025.
